The Park is made up of 180 hectares of landscaped parkland surrounding Towneley Hall & Museum. Facilities include 2 golf courses, sports pitches, woodland, cafe and playgrounds

Heritage Lottery Grant approved for Towneley Park

In July 2005 the Heritage Lottery Fund announced that the Council's application for £2 million grant to help fund a major programme of restoration and improvements to the park had been approved.
